FAQs
Where are you located?
We don’t have a physical location. For recurring jobs, we will travel within 30 miles of Boston. For bigger installations or repotting, we’ll travel further.
Do I need to have outdoor access for repotting?
We can pick out plants for you through our styling service.
How do I pay?
Payment is after the service, and it’s invoiced from Square. They can pay on Square with their bank, card payment OR they can Venmo, send check or cash. The only thing that needs to be paid for in advance is a deposit for styling.
Do I need to have outdoor access for repotting?
No, while it is helpful to have access outdoors, we are able to do your potting completely inside—we bring specialized equipment.
